8-10 Points: You are definitely ready to work with a coach and achieve much from it.

 

5-7 Points: You want to work with a coach but something is holding you back. Explore this during a sample session with a coach.

 

0-4 Points: At this moment you are not yet prepared to work with a coach. Discuss this during a sample session and find out how you can get ready to benefit from coaching.
